By using our towing services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

SureHook Brookline Towing provides emergency and non-emergency towing services in Brookline, MA and surrounding areas. These terms apply to all services we provide.

Our Services

We offer a range of towing and roadside assistance services. The availability of specific services may vary based on location, time, and circumstances beyond our control.

We make every effort to arrive promptly, but response times may vary due to traffic, weather, and demand. We will keep you informed of any delays.

Your Responsibilities

When you request our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle and location
• Be present or arrange for someone to be present when we arrive
• Inform us of any special conditions or hazards
• Pay for services as agreed upon before or at the time of service
• Remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before towing

You are responsible for the security of your personal belongings. We are not liable for items left in your vehicle during towing or storage.

Payment and Pricing

We provide upfront pricing whenever possible. Final charges may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as posted. If your vehicle is being held in storage, daily storage fees will apply until the vehicle is released and all charges are paid.

Cancellations

You may cancel your service request at any time. If you cancel after our truck has been dispatched, a trip charge may apply. Please call us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Liability and Insurance

We carry appropriate insurance and take great care in handling your vehicle. However, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to your vehicle
• Damage caused by the condition of your vehicle
• Personal items left in your vehicle
• Delays due to circumstances beyond our control

Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will work with you and our insurance provider to resolve valid claims.

Service Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, if the vehicle is loaded beyond safe limits, if proper payment cannot be arranged, or if local laws or regulations prevent us from providing service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
